Coverage: Extended Warranty + Physical & Water Damage
1. Benefits

One (1) complimentary Mac display repair
(first claim free, valid once within the 2-year period).
Additional fees apply from the second repair onwards.

Year 2 coverage includes device, battery, and accessories
(manufacturer defects only) with no additional charges.

Multiple claims allowed per year.
Service coverage amount resets annually.
2. Important Notes
- Additional fees will apply for any replacement.

The new SPSP 2-Year Plan will take effect from
1 August 2025.

Customers who have purchased the existing 2-Year SSP are not eligible
for the extended warranty under the new plan.

Customers with the existing 1-Year SSP remain eligible to renew
under current terms and conditions.

Renewals will not be converted into the new SPSP 2-Year Plan.
3. Applicability
- Applicable to Mac devices only.
- Replacement fees vary depending on the device model.
4. Disclaimer
In the event that the device is severely damaged and cannot be repaired,
a Device Replacement Fee will be required for a replacement unit.
Charges are based on the SURE Service Plan (SSP) Band. If the coverage value
is insufficient to cover the repair or replacement cost, the customer is
required to top up the remaining balance.
